Sizing tends to run true to standard U.S. measurements, though those with wider feet may want to consider going up a half size. The detailed size chart on each product page includes length and width measurements. Breaking in may take a few wears, so a snug fit initially is normal.
Wiping down with a damp cloth after each wear removes surface dirt. Applying a leather conditioner every 4–6 weeks keeps the material soft and prevents cracking. Cedar shoe trees help absorb moisture and maintain shape between wears.
Yes, the insoles are removable and can be replaced with custom orthotics or aftermarket inserts. This is especially helpful for those needing additional arch support. Replacement insoles are also available for purchase through customer support.
Unworn items in original packaging with tags attached can be returned within 30 days for a full refund or exchange. A prepaid return label is available upon request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after the warehouse receives the return.
The 1-year warranty covers manufacturing defects including separated soles, broken zippers, faulty stitching, and hardware malfunctions. Cosmetic wear, scuffs, and damage from improper care are not covered. Claims require photos of the defect and proof of purchase.
